I really love this look and I want to have my septum like this one but I cannot tell. If anyone is more familiar with her that knows or just can tell from the photo it would be much appreciated!

I feel so dumb it was cold out and I forgot to put on sunscreen and it got hot I’m so worried I ruined these. It’s my first sunburn on them will it ruin them? Does anyone have advice :/
