Location near DuPont/Foggy Bottom/Logan circle all great. Essentially just need <20 min transit commute to DuPont circle area.

Ideally moving in late July (6/25/26 ish).

Also parking spot would be greatly appreciated.

25M, starting a new job that I am going to be in person for a little bit.

Pretty flexible, budget goes up to 2k ish per month. Again, looking for 1-3 months.
