Zicklin Program Department is SO Terrible

I went there for the permission for the classes. They told me,

"We do it by quality, not by time…… so you have to wait." (what tf they need good quality on permission for????, all they have to do just give me the permission for it, i really really dont understand)

And I can see at least 3 people right here in the office doing nothing. They are chatting and talking to each other (not to students). No one is working on the computer.

My CPU is Ryzen9 9950x3d and GPU is 5070ti. I decided to choose a 1440p resolution monitor. I’m considering XG27ACG-W (180Hz) or VG27AQ5A (210Hz Oc). Any suggestions or recommendations on the monitors? Is the 30Hz difference matters a lot for gaming?
