questions + advice about my friends with adhd!

Hi! I just recently asked on another subreddit questions about ADHD, since I like getting directly info from the source, but I figured I'd post on a broader one.

(I'll try to format this the most convenient I can, I tend to ramble. Also, when I say "friends", I'm specifically referring to my friends who are diagnosed with ADHD)

Question 1:

I have a hard time listening in general and I lose patience easily whenever my friends lose awareness of how much they are talking.

How do I let them know without sounding rude? Or should I suck it up and just listen to them talk like a good friend? What would help if you were my friend?

Question 2:

My friends each have unique relationships with food. One friend told me they always binge-eat, I did some Googling and it does correlate with ADHD (Something about dopamine). But I can't help but feel terrible because I'm starting to notice their body image issues.

How should I help them without pressuring them? Should I even try to help them?

Question 3:

I suspect that one of my friends (without diagnosed mental disorder) has ADHD. I would not diagnose anyone since I'm not a professional, but I'm almost 90% sure they have something that atleast correlates with ADHD since I'm constantly surrounded by people like them that do have it.

How do I bring up the possibilty of therapy to them without sounding like a butthole? Are there any sources I can reccommend to them?

Anything helps! I’m especially interested in learning about mental disorders, I'm hoping this won't just help me, but my friends aswell.
