I got a goodwill/appeasement offer from Apple after a support case. They offered me AirPods 4, but I already have AirPods Pro 3.
Would you accept the AirPods 4 anyway, or is there something else of similar value I should try asking for instead that would be more useful?
Noticed when cleaning the screen, there is no screen protector on it but has not been dropped. Don’t know if it could be the AR coating wearing off, a dead pixel, a micro scratch or something else. Any help on what it is and how to fix it would be much appreciated! (17 Pro)
