Walked for an hour after long
After being discouraged for not completing my 10k everyday for some time, I walked for 1.5 hours non-stop with my brother today and realised that 10k can easily be done in this time frame.
Now I know how you guys are clocking in 40k steps, you just walk in the morning as well as in the evening or jog and run while at it as well...
I also realised sitting with my eyes closed after walking and completely feeling the muscle vibrations in my body is one of the most calming feelings (I sat for five whole minutes)... I recommend you try it as well.
