I'm about to submit a claim for my right knee secondary to my service connected left knee. do i need to file it as bilateral in the title in order to get bilateral factor or does VA automatically add it? anyone ever have any success or issues with this? Appreciate your feedback.

I filed a year ago for bilateral shoulders got granted one shoulder. left shoulder got SC. I want to file right shoulder secondary to left would this be a new claim or supplemental?

I want to file right shoulder secondary to SC left shoulder. I’ve only seen pcp once got initial visit and he referred me to Physical Therapist. I’ve been doing therapy for 8 months but no diagnosis from dr just documentation of shoulder strain . Can I still file claim ?

Is migraines secondary to tinnitus still being approved by VA? i'm awaiting PTSD rating hopefully but i get migraines when my tinnitus flares up and also when i get anxiety due to ptsd. Can I still file secondary to tinnitus? I SC for tinnitus not ptsd. Let me know your thoughts. much appreciated.
