Guys, I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro during the Amazon sale and it’s getting delivered tomorrow. I’m exchanging my iPhone 15 for it.

I’ve heard delivery agents sometimes reduce the exchange value a lot for minor issues. Any tips on what I should check or say to avoid unnecessary deductions?

Also, my current iPhone uses an eSIM and I want to transfer it to the new phone on the spot during delivery.
