so aside from survival and the fact that I am not working anymore & am 8 months pregnant, I found a nice benefit to being frugal MOST of the time - that I can have mindless spending at a few places some of the time. I don’t have to really look at price tags at Trader Joe’s or dollar tree and can pretty much grab whatever I want at those places. I also can enjoy my shopping I do every now and then more often, or trips to the British store in my town for fun British chips and snacks and such with less guilt.
