Can we collectively ask for a 30 Days Notice period?
A lot of my interviews get rejected because I’m serving a 60-day notice period.
I feel that if companies adopted a 30-day notice period instead, many hiring and transition issues would automatically get resolved for both employers and employees.
What’s your take on this?
