Every time we go to the vet, even for a recheck, we get an email pleading for a review on Google or Facebook, even though we’ve already written one. Is this standard now? There’s also a tiny section at the bottom that says if you’re dissatisfied to please contact them directly. It feels very off putting and it’s just annoying. They seem to really focus on their reviews and schmoozing clients, especially new clients, at the expense of actual pet care. Is this the new norm?
