Why do LIGHT helmets get so much hate?
I often see so many comments on unwrapping videos of LIGHT helmets saying "looks so cheap," "CTE machine", "It's too light to actually work," and "motor cycle helmets don't work as football helmets."
All this and I'd confidently say the LIGHT Apache is the SAFEST helmet in all of football. Not only because of Virginia Techs #1 ranking but the fact that the lightness and 360° protection multiplies its safety in a real game situation. As a Highschool kicker ANY LIGHT helmet I'd also consider by far the best possible helmet a specialist can get. I'm excited to see everyone's opinion.

Going from a great kicker to bad, desperate
So I'm not sure if this counts as "strategy," but I'm desperate.
My best kick is when I first hit a 45 yard fieldgoal in eighth grade-the video on an actual football field
And the video on my front lawn is me now. I'm not sure what's different, but my longest field goal in the last couple weeks is only 36 yards. To me my newer form seems better but it isn't, my kicks just don't have that same height or that feeling like you're just kicking air on an absolutely perfect kick. They all just feel, ok.

I truly appreciate your work Leo, and other contributors. But in this video, I gave guard and grenadier infantry equal circumstances and sent both into a gritty 1v1 charge. With the inclusion of realism guard infantry would almost always beat grenadiers in a head-to-head charge, and grenadiers certainly wouldn't win by a landslide-as seen in the video.
Of course, this still remains a game, so it has to be fun and balanced. To counter that guard infantry are still more expensive than grenadiers but underperform in both hand to hand and ranged combat.

Im honesly kinda lost on what artillery to use now, ive alwasy been a 12-pounder guy because of the big canister shot range but im not sure im gotta as much damage as i should for how much the 12-pounders cost compared to other artillery

a deadly battle ends in my win, i watched the replay and the 13th guard takes insane casualties, constant combat, and takes artillery straight to the face yet still inflicts alot of casualties.

My longest field goal is forty yards, my fieldgoal percentage in game was sadly only zero because I missed one forty yard fieldgoal in eighth grade, and I HATE that number 40.This is an older video and I've improved and am still working on the issue with my right arm going up, I don't really care too much about getting feedback on that unless you got a great method for fixing it.
My main issue that I believe is really just dragging down my performance range wise is my follow through. I used to just believe what people would say, "just bring your leg up and through when kicking," but coaches know nothing about special teams. I believe the reason why my leg goes to the side is my leg hips aren't open far enough when I start my swing, I'm starting to swing when my hips are facing the fieldgoal post, not when my hips are facing the corner of the field. I THINK this is most likely putting that rotational power to the side instead of forward taking off a lot of yardage. I don't know if that was a confusing way to explain but it's the best I could think of. Thx.
