So i call axis to change my 2 year old flipkart credit card network Master card to visa he put call on hold then told your card is visa and i told him when I got card axis don't offer visa network he continuously say your card is visa then he told me sir replace your card you will get visa network and 2nd card I also got master card app showing master card logo and same bin number for second card 533467 i check in Google and Google confirm is axis master card and after that I cut call and call again second time for call recording proof and second call agent also told it's a visa card

And I know it's a mastercard because bin is 533467 so what can I do know where I can complain for this false information

Today I applied to the IndusInd Bank tiger credit card and in the last step they are showing a limit and after I proceed then no vkyc direct card application is showing
