If you have outstanding debts (CC, personal loans etc) which is a much better way to settle your debts? bank restructuring, amnesty, IDRP or small claims? What I know is all of them will lead you to a lower credit score, but which of these will give you a better rate (and possibly giving you some peace of mind)
