Why hard and soft?

I’m not sure I’m new here, but why are some posts talking about 75 hard and soft? I’m here for the strict HARD / done as is version. Are some people doing both? And if so, I’m just curious why or how that works? Thx ☺️

Anyone else fighting with their partner all the time now?

I’m on day 18. We have fallen into stupid bickery bitch fits (im a 44yo female married to my best friend who’s a dude) I just feel kinda aggro and edgy and annoyed. We have a good marriage. Just curious if anyone’s noticed a link between doing this program and how their relationships feel. I mean it would make sense…🤪 this shit is having a really positive effect on my life (75 hard) but it’s also…uhhh fucking HARD

Upcoming shoulder surgery

Has anyone here stuck with 75h and undergone surgery? I am willing to do core/ low body even day of, but worried I might be too groggy to get the second workout in…. I’d love to hear your success stories if you’ve done it. I can see if they do surgery later in the day, could maybe get both workouts done before? Thanks for your ideas!

Starting over!!

I can’t believe this shit. I went to water world today, got up early to get the outdoor workout in, planned my food, planned everything…my diet is no sugar/ no flour. Got a burger, was gonna throw the bun away, and instead, COMPLETELY SPACED IT AND ATE IT AND DIDN’T EVEN REALIZE I BLEW IT UNTIL IT WAS GONE. I’ve hemmed and hawed for hours about whether or not to start over. It was a legit accident, not a cheat. But I know the rules. But do I want to be that hard core?! Earlier I decided I would keep going because if I picked starting over I’d just blow my diet the rest of the night, skip the second work out cuz why bother. Instead (I’M SO PROUD! And I also hate this… haha) I got all the other tasks in, did the second workout, etc…. And I have also decided to start over. To do the right thing the right way. I came here because I need this discipline. And why mess around with this if I’m not going to do it the way it was intended, the way that is gonna get me the results I want? I’m tired of my excuses and justifications and whining. So I’m pissed but also proud when I say tomorrow is day 1 again. I can feel the bad ass in me she REALLY wants to come out. I’m gonna let her.

Closing on day 3

Really pleased at how this is going so far!! I was so flabby mentally and I feel really grateful to myself for just jumping in. I love who I am when I wake up early to get my workout, I love my outdoor workouts, I’ve even got my gallon in way early every day so far! I thought that was going to be the hardest part. I guess now I’m trying not to get too comfy or excited. I expect this to get harder, but I’m curious if anyone’s kinda had a fair time of it? I don’t want to pretend it’ll magically be easy, but anyone feel surprised at how maybe not hard it is/ was? Curious! And thanks for being here to connect with :)

I’m in!

Day one starts tomorrow. Kinda surprised at myself for being drawn to this as it Feels a bit macho/ bro energy for me but frankly I need some toughness in my life. I have done really badass things in the past but I’ve fallen off and I’m so sick of my wishy-washy ness. Lack of follow through, over thinking everything, unwilling to stop bad habits but whining that I can’t…I’m just ready to see what I’m made of, dig deep, and be proud of myself. It really hit me when he said mental toughness is perishable. Mine got flabby AF and I’m ready to change. See you on the other side!!
