Tried (and failed) to make an egg white omelette - more of a scramble now. But recipe is:
- 150g egg whites = 82cal
- 46g kimchi = 20cal
- 130g broccoli = 45cal
- 160g potato (on the side) = 112cal
- seasonings (negligible)
