Applied for Airtel COCP Home Internet Program — Got “Order Declined” Instead Despite Giving Consent

Okay, so I recently applied for the Deloitte USI COCP Home Internet Program through the Airtel vendor. I also completed the required consent process via DocuSign on the same day.

However, later that day, I received an email saying that my Home Internet Connectivity Program order had been declined because the employee consent was not provided, due to which they were unable to process the application.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue?

I also contacted the Deloitte support/call center, but they didn’t seem to have a dedicated SPOC for the Home Internet Program. They only redirected me to the IT Help Desk, which created a ticket for the issue. It’s been around 8 days now, and there’s still no update on the ticket.

Not sure what’s going on at this point. What should be the next step from here? Has anyone managed to get this resolved?

If the Man in Yellow Can Kill Everyone Anytime… Then Why Is He Playing Games Instead?

>!*!<>!Spoilers Ahead!<>!*!<

We’ve already seen how powerful the Man in Yellow is when it comes to manipulation, impersonation, controlling people — and of course, killing. We know he wiped out the entire town during Victor’s childhood, so if his ultimate goal is simply to kill everyone, why is he now playing this elaborate game of pretending to be one of them, manipulating people, and slowly pulling the strings from behind the scenes?

If he’s capable of ending them all whenever he wants, why not just do it directly instead of creating all this chaos and psychological torment first?

What do you all think his real motive is?
