Nexplanon removal scab lasting 3 weeks?

I’m having a lot of pain in that area. They struggled to remove it and had 2 doctors working on it, I guess my scar tissue was thick (removed after 6.5months). now Im 3 weeks post removal and it looks no different, should I make an appointment?

i know it probably would've been easier to do all together but I have extremely long 1A hair. if I breathe wrong it tangles. Wanting to do ends and roots at the same time so I can part my hair only one time. any other tips appreciated! Also postpartum so don't mind my baby hairs everywhere. I’m bleaching virgin hair.
