Hello! I am interviewing for an URBI position. I was wondering based on your own experience(s), what are the salary bumps? I am not at the minimum on the salary chart, but also not quite at mid either. I had a pretty good PE, all 4’s one 3. My metrics look great… If offered the position, how do they figure salaries? What should I expect? Is the salary negotiable?
