Unsure the proper flair for this but about a week or two ago made a post asking for help and advice and since then gotten JBHIFI (I'm in Australia) where I bought it and then samsung to admit major fault under ACL and they've given a full refund after proof of other people here having same issue and them wishing to originally have a repair estimate where they'd replace parts on my dime without a actual diagnostic on what happened, to them finding an exact copy here where I live, to them offering an upgrade to a watch 8 44mm (non lte) and now expected to be a full refund which probably shooting myself in the foot but will likely grab an ultra due to lifestyle needs and peace of mind
Happy to help anyone else who may be going through the same issue rn as got a bunch of files from which they couldn't really disagree with or whatever and hopefully y'all get a solution as well, if not something more happening.
