Sigma 50/1.2 vs Jupiter-8 (50/2) size comparison.

I recently bought Sigma 50mm f1.2 to use with my Panasonic s9. It's not great handle wise but heck! This lens is sharper than anything I have ever had. I also had this little m39 lens that is also full frame and 50mm. Now I know I spoiled my view of image quality :(

Sigma 20-200: the most versatile lens

I bought the lens few months ago and oh boy its great! I really like the fact that during the day I can have only one lens and do everything. Yes its hard to shoot birds with it. It doesn't have as good macro as dedicated lenses and 20mm its not 14mm. And Macro is only 1:2.

But thanks to it I doesn't have to live with FOMO anymore. Wide shots, tele shots, macro shots. Lens is sharp enough and it fits my hip bag with S9 (and two other primes).

Only downside is aperture: the moment the sun goes down I have to give up or shoot on ISO 6400. But thanks to that all I need is 2nd lens - fast prime to shoot portraits and during the nights.

I really wished I could live with two zoom lenses at the same time but when I had m43 with 12-40 pro and 40-150 it was too stressful.

Big grip for s9

What are the biggest grips for s9? I need only deeper handle for my hand and nothing else. I wouldn't mind transforming s9 into s5 handle wise. I already have Smallgrip but it's small and I'm thinking about making wooden handle to replace the one it already has but I have no tools and knowledge how to do this (will try anyways).

Did my best with s9 macro photograpy

During the heatwave in Poland I was half submerged in the water with my s9 and Sigma 105 macro. It turned out damselflies were not only for photos but also for a Raft Spiders meal.

Another try with SG Image 35/2.2

I don't like this lens but I'm trying to learn because there is no way I can afford another lens this year.
