Here is the video I saw on FB and I can't report since I am Canadian and I can't signup or get the venmo application. I don't see any other way to speak to Venmo other than through the application.

There are proper routes to signup to venmo to become a charity and this isn't one of them. Can someone please report this to Venmo....
