Reciprocal Framing

Has anybody tried framing a treehouse using reciprocal framing? Conceptually, this would be a strong, sturdy, stable platform using a single tree without any kickers or diagonal members. I`m an engineer, but I`ve never built a treehouse before. I think this is a sound concept and looking for anyone who's tried.

I think that the biggest challenge is the connection between the (4) main wood members. i`m predicting up to 4,000# of force in these locations which makes me think that I would want to do the first four members our of steel, then infill everything else with wood.

Any body with first hand experience on something like this?

Help? Ender 3v2 is stopping after a couple layers

I`d appreciate any insight that y`all might have into what's going on. I`m borrowing an ender 3v2 from a colleague, but they had left it sitting for years and don't remember much about it.

I`ve used it for a couple months and have had good success with some fairly long 24 hour prints, but recently, it has been shutting off after the first couple layers. It was happening on one file and I assumed it was a problem with the file, but it just happened again on a second file. Here's my latest print:

The first time I tried this second file I had a plate adhesion problem so the print came loose and it printed spaghetti for a couple hours. After that, I flipped the Cura setting to Raft to help it stick, and on my attempt no2 it just stopped printing after a couple layers. The print head was positioned up and to the side like it thought it was printing but there was just no filament coming out.

Any thoughts on how to trouble shoot this behavior?
