Fuel injectors

So I've been struggling with this beetle. The car won't start. Pull the fuel hose off fuel rail turn the key and it shoots fuel out. If you pull the injectors out and turn the key no fuel. Using a test light there is power getting to the injectors. All my fuses are good, relays seem to be. I can't figure out why the injectors aren't working. I pulled the fuel rail off my wrecked beetle that I know work and I get the same thing. What would be stopping the fuel injectors from working?

Alarm problems

Its long winded sorry.

So bought a 02 sport 1.8t 5spd. Was givin 2 keys. Different vw logo on the back. Only a slight difference in the key part. Both keys turned it over.

Side note: I have a wrecked 01 1.8t auto.

So got curious and tried the key from the 01, it turned it over. Took the ignition from the 01 and put it into 02, so the 02 wouldn't turn on any key. While removing the ignition from the 02 it came out in peices and no pins, the whole ignition housing has been changed out.The stock radio is still in it displays 1000 on the screen. So the auto theft had been tripped. Why the car won't stay running more then a second, known that. So I sent the ECU off to have it immobilizer deleted. Got it back, installed it.

So while was waiting for it to come back I started switching out the iterior from the 01 into the 02. The passenger door had the trim piece pulled back (probably where they broke into it.) So I figured change my doors over from car to car. When I put the doors from the 02 onto the 01 the windows were down, so I plugged them in and hooked a battery to it. As soon as I put the key in the alarm started going off, unhooked it and left it.

So I put the doors from 01 onto the 02, wouldn't you know the same thing happened when I put the key into the ignition.

So what im wondering is what in the doors is making the alarm's trip? Is there a fuse or relay i can remove to get rid of it? I took the horn off so I can try to figure it out.

So ECU is immobilizer deleted

The doors match, key lock works, windows up/down (does the whole ignition housing need switched or only the ignition cylinder key part)

I moved the dash cluster over

I remover the radio and put the 01 radio in it. Not getting power.

When doing a immobilizer delet from the ecu do I need to unplug the immobilizer box?

I watched a video of this guy the bought a ecu off line with the immobilizer delet. He opened his dash, pulled his ecu, plugged the new one in, took a key the was not programmed(brand new). Put the key in and the car started. So I figured that was how mine wood work. My luck the alarm won't shut off.

If anyone has had similar problems, knows why/if the doors are messing it up, n how to bypass it.

I figured having the ignition (key chip reader) match the doors and ignition plus the cluster from the same car wood be the answer. Someone plz educate me. Spent the last 2.5 years fixing my 01, almost how I wanted it.amd wrecked it. So bought a cheap body to swap over to, and its worst then appeared, go figure.

02 project

02 sport 1.8t 5spd. Bumpers are kewl but fiberglass needs allt of work. Removed the fenders amd bumpers. Taking the rear from my wrecked 01 (blue). Just got black fenders and front bumper and grille from a salvage yard this weekend. Stripping the interior and putting the interior from my blue beetle into it. The car has sat since 2013. Windshield leaves. Passenger door someone tried to pull the black vertical trim off to sleat at some point in time. The ECU had a tripped anti theft system.and was immobilized. Sent it off should have back in a week. Plan on swapping the doors hood and hatch. The ignition tumbler is screwed the previouse owner gave me two different keys, both turn the car on, got curious, my blue car key works. Pretty much spent two years on my blue beetle only to wreck it, so now I get to swap it all over to a new body, up side is this one is a manual.

01' GLX 1.8T.Spent the last two years redoing the whole interior. Custom plaid headliner and door inserts. Pulled all black interior from a 08', new head lights taillights, new turbo, got all the transmission issues figured out. New radiator core support. Put a turboS rear bumper. Tons of little stuff. Guess I gotta change the color scheme now. And that bumper has to go. Good thing I have everything I need to make this red one nice. One to the next one.
