I’ve been using att for a few months now with a 300mbps plan and it usually slows down at night to about 0.1mbps and sure I just assumed it was congestion but for the past week it has been stuck at 0.01mbps and might as well be off. I have internet air and I was thinking about upgrading to the 1gbps plan but I don’t know if that would actually solve the problem or not. I checked and saw there were no outages near me(Southwest TN). I called them and just had me reset my Wi-Fi and they did some stuff on their end that fixed for like 2 hours and went right back to how it was. If anyone has any idea on how to fix this or suggestions of a new provider I would appreciate it a lot.
