Dear Community!
I’ve recently got a user ByD Atto 3 from Hedin bil dealer. It’s been 3 weeks and I couldn’t connect the car to its App. It says invalid VIN or car connected to previous owner still.
My dealer tried the update from his end multiple times with no luck (at least he said that he tried).
Now I have no update. I’m tied following up with the dealer, unfortunately his location is 6hrs far from Stockholm where I live and got the car delivered.
I cannot find any phone number or email for BYD on which I can reach myself directly.
Am in a limbo now. Can someone help me with the Cusotmer support contact for Sweden/Europe or help me with similar experience?
