Attempt Certo method or cross my fingers?

I’ve been 33 days thc clean and I’m still testing dirty. On my most recent at-home tests, I’m getting an extremely faint barely visible second line with my first morning pee. I’m supposed to go in for my actual test tomorrow or Thursday. I’m feeling kinda confident at this point. My plan was just to drink a decent amount of water beforehand without overdoing it or diluting myself too much. I’m wondering if it’s even worth trying the Certo method at this stage just to be safe. For anyone who’s used it before I was wondering since I seem to be right at the finish line already, do I need to do the full process (multiple Gatorades, vitamins, lots of creatine, etc.), or could I do a lighter version of it? Basically, I’m trying to figure out whether it’s worth doing at all, and if so, which parts actually matter most without risking a diluted test.

As the title says, I smoked THC carts for about two weeks straight. During that time, I went through roughly 4 grams total using two 2g disposables. I’m 5'11" and 165 lbs, and before this, I rarely smoked maybe once a month. This was more of a binge period where I was high most of the day.

The day after I stopped, I found out I needed to take a drugs of abuse screening at my hospital. However, I wasn’t given a specific date to complete it. It’s now been about 19 days since I stopped, and I’m still testing positive. A few days ago, I was getting very faint negative lines, but now I’m not seeing those anymore. I’m not sure why maybe hydration levels, since I may have been drinking more water before. I was originally planning to take the test before my next appointment, which is in about 9 days. I think I might be able to push it back if needed, but I’m not sure if that would look suspicious. I was also told that even if some THC showed up, it likely wouldn’t matter much, so I’m assuming it’s not a major issue.

At this point, I’m just trying to figure out if I’ll likely test negative within this timeframe or if it would be smarter to delay the test. I’ll probably be fine either way, but I’d feel more comfortable pushing it back if that’s the safer option assuming it doesn’t raise any concerns.
