I’d like to ask whether there are any plans to improve the mobile app and add more control over the base station functions.
My main issue is the dust bag drying process. It runs for around 6 hours - so with drying mops it takes 9hrs, and during that time the base station constantly makes noise. I can hear it from several meters away, this is especially frustrating when it happens at night.
The problem is that I cannot control this process from the app. I cannot stop it, delay it, reschedule it, or choose when it should run. It simply starts and continues for hours.
I have bag disinfection turned off, I also have “Do Not Disturb” hours enabled in the app, but the base station seems to ignore them.
This is very disappointing. If I had known that the base station would run noisy drying cycles for so many hours with no way to control them, I would not have bought this device.
Are there any plans to improve the app and add proper controls for the base station, especially for the dust bag drying process? At the moment, this makes the robot difficult to use regularly like 3-4 times a week.
