Just wondering if it’s a glitch or if anyone’s having issues getting the stuffed elephant relic?

I went to round 40 without buying a perk. Found a Mr Peeks early on but didn’t pick up any mystery perks, did TEDD tasks and didn’t pick up or drop the mystery perk cans. Only thing is during one of my trials it temporarily gave me PHD. I got to round 41 and the portal didn’t show up, is it because of the temporary PHD? Thank you
