I was wondering if anyone has had the same issues as me. I was diagnosed with graves a 2 months ago and I was told my levels are fine right now, but my sleep has been awful and it’s effecting my life horribly. No matter how tired I am when I fall asleep at night I wake up every hour with my head vibrating and my heart racing which in turn gives me a headache. All I can do is stay in this sleep cycle trying to get at least 6 hours of sleep a night. It’s hell and I’m not sure what to do or how to fix it. Before all this I had no problems sleeping normally for sometimes 10 hours a day. :(
