Telehealth not working

anybody having trouble with the link to the telehealth? I’m due for a refill but got a text that I need to complete a telehealth first. when I click on the link, it prompts me to enter a code (OTP) but I am not receiving the OTP. I’ve tried both my phone number and email address and it is not showing up anywhere (and I’ve checked spam folders and ensured I don’t have the number blocked in my phone)

i tried reaching out to support and they told me to reach out to the peovider. the provider told me to reach out to support. I’m kind of at a loss on next steps so I guess I’m just wondering if anybody else has dealt with this and if they did, how did you fix it??

update: I spoke with Taylor, who responded super fast when I texted (should have done that in the first place I guess!). I do have a refill scheduled for June, so I guess the no active renewals doesn’t mean I won’t get refills…not sure what it does mean, but I’ll take what I can get. There is not way to order early on the new portal. Taylor did send me a link to sign Up through the old portal and the cancel my current account if I wanted, as this would’ve the only way to get any early shipment. Thanks everyone for your help and guidance!

HI all - I am in the new portal and under my tirzepatide (3 month plan) it says "no active renewals". Does any body know what this means?

I switch to the new portal in march to get the spring sale, so I am not due for my next 3 month shipment until June. I have been trying to see if I can get it shipped early but have not heard anything back from support yet (despite multiple emails and chat messages) and now I am wondering if they aren't planning on renewing my prescription for some reason...

Maybe I'm overreacting but I'm just a little worried because i've gotten radio silence from support for about a month now.
