Which pharmacy do you get?

I have an account in the old portal from a group order. I clicked the link in the new pricing post and did the intake but when I get to choosing the plan it doesn't indicate which pharmacy. Who ships to IL? Am I guarantee Hallendale? Are they still additive free? What do you actually get for a three month 15 mg plan? Three separate vials? Thanks for all info. I hate not knowing for sure what I'm buying.

Telehealth not working

anybody having trouble with the link to the telehealth? I’m due for a refill but got a text that I need to complete a telehealth first. when I click on the link, it prompts me to enter a code (OTP) but I am not receiving the OTP. I’ve tried both my phone number and email address and it is not showing up anywhere (and I’ve checked spam folders and ensured I don’t have the number blocked in my phone)

i tried reaching out to support and they told me to reach out to the peovider. the provider told me to reach out to support. I’m kind of at a loss on next steps so I guess I’m just wondering if anybody else has dealt with this and if they did, how did you fix it??

Old portal vs New portal

I currently have active plans in the old portal. Will these plans be moved to the new portal at some point in time?

BUD dates

My first three months of medication came from perfection RX and I actually just finished my first from refills because I was finishing up my last from the first vendor (didn’t like them )I used. I upped the dose to 5 mg even though I’m only going to take 3mg to start with, but it says the BUD date is the end of July whereas the vials I received months ago have BUD dates of next year.
Should I go ahead and open the most recent one since the BUD date is soonest ?
The expiration date on the outside box where the instructions are says it expires in 2027, but then it’s got the BUD date on the actual vile for the end of July 2026

Is this really 5mg in 50 units

So last month the doc reached out to ask if I was doing ok I said I was stalled a bit and increasing but I’m planning to do it slow like 3mg first.
I have been on 2.5 and told the doc I wanted to increase then all of the sudden in the portal where it used to say 2.5mg now it says 10mg. Just clarifying this is actual just 5mg and not 10mg. I don’t want to take too much and ruin my week with sickness too much going on to do that this week, are you able to tell by looking at this ? Thanks in advance . The portal showing 10mg is throwing me off and making me paranoid

Old Portal, message Doctor

I searched the group and didn’t see an answer: I just noticed that my treatment plan indicates a dosage which is not consistent with what I was prescribed, back in March.

And of course, my second shipment, coming from a different pharmacy than the first – is going to be delivered today.

So: my first step was to message the doctor about the prescription for clarification. However, the option to message the doctor is disabled/grayed out. I’m using the old portal.

Can anyone advise?

(I did message support, within the portal, asking the same thing and haven’t seen a response yet.)

3 Month order - Did you get all 3 at same time?

I ordered 3 months (which actually cost higher than the price I was quoted in a text). I received my shipment today, with b12 that I didn't order, wasn't told or asked about, didn't want, but I can deal with that (my doc told me 2 weeks ago that recent labs said my b12 was quite high). My vial says Refills:0 and it's a one month supply. On the plus side, it was cold this time.

Refills Reshipment

Refills sent a new shipment today (May 14) with the correct prescription. This time I received three 60mg vials. It was processed May 11 and shipped May 13 overnight.

I’m glad I immediately contacted Hallandale and Refills (and Taylor) when I received the incorrect shipment on May 4. They sent 30/40/60mg vials initially. So now I have 310mg in stock. I think I’m gonna delay my next shipment that is scheduled for July and get it in September
(knock on wood 🪵 as long as Tirz is still being compounded).

Another attempted charge off $349 eventho support says they don’t see it on their end

I was not actually charged because I have a bogus credit card on file. This is just for community awareness. My last order on April 6 was $169, and then I confirmed that I did not have a subscription on file. So this just doesn’t make sense. I’m not going to use Refills again until they figure out this “system error.”

Old Issues and Duplicate Posts

Hi All,

I’ll be the first to tell everyone that the rollout of the new CRM and getting everything up and running was a nightmare. It caused issues that we take full accountability for. Every affected client was fully refunded, and the problems have been fixed for over a week now.

That said, continuing to repost old issues over and over again just to create a nonstop town hall of negativity is becoming alarming and will not be tolerated. Constructive feedback is always welcome, but repeated attacks and recycling resolved situations help no one. Lets act like adults I even posted these bugs were fixed 6 days ago.

We’ve owned the mistakes, corrected them, and moved forward. It’s time for the community to do the same.
