Old Portal, message Doctor

I searched the group and didn’t see an answer: I just noticed that my treatment plan indicates a dosage which is not consistent with what I was prescribed, back in March.

And of course, my second shipment, coming from a different pharmacy than the first – is going to be delivered today.

So: my first step was to message the doctor about the prescription for clarification. However, the option to message the doctor is disabled/grayed out. I’m using the old portal.

Can anyone advise?

(I did message support, within the portal, asking the same thing and haven’t seen a response yet.)

Does anyone know what’s going on with shipments to Massachusetts?

We were to be automatically switched to BPI, but since they took themselves out of the game (not by choice) does Refills have an alternative source for us?
