I’m starting to take advantage of my remote days and cook my lunches. (I have a hybrid schedule). Yall I made cod and zucchini and it’s sooooooo good! This is how I prefer my veggies - charred 🔥
The cod is 34g of protein and 160 calories + 1tbsp of olive oil (120 calories).
I brushed olive oil on the cod and added spices. No additional salt. It tastes AMAZING!
I’m so proud of myself. I know people talk about anhedonia while on Tirzepatide, but I have had the opposite! Complete 180.
