Anyone know why I keep getting burrs on the face of my parts after doing chamfers?
Whether it’s and OD or ID chamfer I will always get a burr on the face. Do I need to change where I place my G41/G42? When sending programs to my machine I have to change the placement of the g41 if it’s on a Z number on a facing cycle because the tool will keep feeding down on the X instead of only on the Z when completing a pass. I am using an Okuma Genos 250L. Any advice would be appreciated.
