I there anyway to contact Ozlo support outside of email. I put in a support ticket on the 12th about bluetooth cutting out as soon as I put the earbud in my left ear. The ticket was answered the next day 13th which seemed to be a canned response with troubleshooting steps and asking for a short video and verification of my address after went through all the steps in the email. I sent the video and emailed them the video on the same day. It is now 7 days later and still have not heard back from support.
