While trying to replace my alternator these two bolts broke… obviously the bolts on my car are very weak since they have seen usage since 30 years.

Im expecting the other bolts will break too, what should i do? And how do i fix this problem?

(They were both 8mm)

Edit: IM A COMPLETE NOOB so please answer with details if you can.

Now how the heck do i get to the tensioner 3/8” square hole with the big mechanical fan in the way?

I dont think i have the tool to take it off temporarily
