Returns and custome service.
Purchased a preowned unit to test to see if we wanted to switch brands in our small print shop. The unit was ordered with plenty of time to test before since we needed to make a determination soon due to contracts with our supplier. Elegoo never mentikned on their site that they were on vacation which delayed the shipment days and pushed back our delivery date. I contacted them through facebook and their site and they agreed to cover a full refund and send a shippjng label tk send this back at their expense. Unit arrived finally and now they have ghosted me. What should our next steps be. I have saved all the receipts from our conversations and we are lookinf to pursue legal means if necessary. We also were planning on doing a review on our channels and website to promote our swtich and this will not be a great look if we do not resolve this.
