Not sure about it.
Real or fake, I’m okay with both. The thing is, since I was young, I’ve experienced sleep paralysis, or something like that.
For me, it’s like waking up feeling uncomfortable, but seeing or hearing nothing or just what is front of me and having just the feeling of being stuck.
My survival instinct makes me instinctively try to move a toe or a finger and find a stable breath. So I come back to normal and consider it as a strange thing that’s it. The feeling is like I can be “entered” during that period if I don’t force my breathing.
The only time I saw something was around age 10 or 11yo, when I saw a shadow figure in the corner of my room, seemingly searching for something. I’m not sure if I was in paralysis at that point or not.
Now that the astral field topic is more open and people are sharing a lot about it, I understand that sleep paralysis can be an entry point to astral projection and I wonder how people “dare” let that possession-like or abandonment feeling take control by not forcing movement. I mean, it happens so fast (a matter of seconds), and the brain makes you feel like you’re going to die if you let your consciousness relax.
But people say you need to let go exactly at this moment and not try to move, not fight the feeling. I genuinely believe it leads somewhere we’re not supposed to go. And the accounts of people encountering dark or malicious entities that seem to push them back into their body… it both confirms something for me and makes me wonder if it’s actually the opposite, the place you’re meant to go, but that they don’t want you to reach.
Simple sleeping problem or real entry to another layer of reality in my case ?
Thanks
