Like the first step would be increasing the wage, then you get to be more selective with who you hire. Turn over rate is always going to be bad when you don’t pay enough to live off of because they don’t care. They will go somewhere else and you’ll continue to hire people who are not stable.

It’s so ridiculous to me. Those are the people I wish to see their business fail because really they don’t deserve it.

I feel like I’m just seething everywhere I go. Everyone is irritating. And I wish the world could just be quiet for a while.

It got me disrespected and walked all over. Im still learning how to bite back without going to far tbh lol, but it feels good to stand up for myself vs. trying to be mature, patient and understanding. I was starting to hate the world but seeing people stutter and lose their shit at my verbal self defense makes me giggle and I love it
