Spin bike bottom bracket ISIS question
I have a Cycleops Phantom spin bike with an ISIS bottom bracket. I removed the BB bolt then pulled off the crankset to find the spindle looking like this. I don't know whats that extra silver washer bolt thing inside the spindle, and I need the inside of the spindle to be the standard bolt size (like in this 2nd pic of a regular ISIS BB). Is there a way for me to remove that center bolt/rod thing, or do I have to replace the entire ISIS BB?
(For reference that 2nd pic with the bronze colored BB is from a separate bike project. Its the large bolt diameter in the center that I need to have for my new spin bike ISIS cranks)
