3rd repair 12 months Yuka

I don’t really post often and I realize most people post when they have an issue. I also know people looking to purchase a product often hit Reddit to see what real people actually experienced versus the curated influencer advertisements.

Well I purchased a Yuka 1.5 years ago during a winter sale of some sort, maybe Black Friday or Christmas. Either way, the robot sat in my basement waiting for Spring.

For the most part the product worked fine, certainly not error free, but better than push mowing. About August it finally crapped out and wouldn’t charge and it had to be sent for repair. They weren’t able to repair the device so they replaced it with a refurbished model. It took about a month and I ended up breaking out the old mower and pushing it.

This spring with new (refurbished) model I launched into mowing season about 4 weeks ago. It made it about two weeks before it had to be sent for repair again. I just received the mower back from the repair today and……. It’s broke. Wheel hub motor is toast… support was pretty useless and I’m waiting on someone to contact me. I’m hoping for a new device period or a refund. Is this out of line?

Hope everyone else is having better luck. Guessing I’m breaking out the 11 year old electric Kobalt push mower once again. It cost 200 bucks and has never been repaired.
