Hello everyone,
Our Ultra L10S is acting up, and so far customer support hasn’t been able to help.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?
When the robot drives backwards, the mop pads start spinning and are lowered. This creates resistance, preventing the robot from reversing in a straight line.
