The ACT website shows that practice tests 3 and 4 are coming soon as paper PDFs. Wondering how to access the online version, if there is any? If not, when are the paper ones going to drop;

I took J26 on paper and got 2 wrong on English and got a 34, but I saw some others who got 2 wrong and got a 35. Should I ask for a regrade?
