why is it so hard to find a multivitamin without random garbage in it

spent like two hours last night reading labels hour. just trying to find a simple multivitamin without a million fillers, artificial colors, weird oils, or "proprietary blends" where they hide the actual doses.

most of them are basically candy with a multivitamin complex buried under garbage. or they use the cheapest forms of everything so nothing actually absorbs. or they put in random herbs nobody asked for.

i finally found one that looked clean - no fillers. methylated b vitamins. folinic acid instead of folic. no artificial anything. but heres the annoying part. its marketed for kids. like specifically for kids with sensory issues.

do companies just assume adults dont care about clean ingredients? why is it easier to find a clean supplement in the "special needs" section than in the regular adult section. makes no sense.

anyway i bought it. tastes like nothing which is fine. mixes into water. we'll see if it does anything. but seriously. why is the supplement industry like this.

Recommendations for we buy any house

Looking for some advice or direct leads on who actually buys "as-is" properties in Philly without the usual headache.

Long story short: My parents have finally moved out of their place on the North Side. It's got a nice view, but that's about the only "nice" thing I can say about it right now. The house is in rough shape, so definitely not up to code, likely a few steps away from being condemned, and I'm honestly not sure the last time the mechanicals were even looked at. I have zero interest in putting money into this or playing the "renovation" game.
I just need it gone. Thanks.

I have been wanting to go to Spain for a long time and I finally have the chance to go for about 3 weeks. At first I thought having more time would make planning easier but now I feel like I am overthinking it even more
I keep going back and forth between wanting to see as much as possible and wanting to slow down and actually enjoy each place. Part of me is thinking Barcelona Madrid maybe Valencia and even adding something smaller but then I worry it will turn into constant moving instead of actually experiencing anything. I really want this trip to feel relaxed where I can walk around eat good food and just take in the atmosphere not just rush between cities
For those who had a longer trip to Spain how did you balance seeing enough without feeling exhausted?
