I really like this girl, and I genuinely see her as someone I would want something serious with.

The problem is that she got cheated on by her ex eight months ago.

She told me directly that she is not ready for a relationship, that she still hasn’t healed, and that she doesn’t want to hurt me or be emotionally unavailable with me. At the same time, we talk every day, she’s become more comfortable with me, and there are moments where it feels like there might be something there. So I’m confused: is this basically a kind rejection, or is she genuinely scared and healing, meaning there could be a chance later if I’m patient and don’t pressure her? Is it worth trying, or should I step back before I get too attached?

Hey , I’m a 21 yo Moroccan guy, and lately I’ve been wondering how people actually meet their partners nowadays.I always ask myself , if it doesn’t happen at university or at the gym ( not the best place tbh ) , where else am I supposed to meet someone? The work environment can be toxic, and during internships I usually end up surrounded mostly by guys, so there aren’t many opportunities there either.Sometimes I honestly wonder if I’ll even find someone or not. So I’m curious: how did you meet your partner? I’d really like to hear your experiences.
