Therapists tell me "don't be so hard on yourself". Well, when I'm not hard on myself, I go to my default. My "default" is just to shovel tons of food in my face. My appetite isn't satisfied until I've had 4000-4500 calories a day. I've tried to change it many times throughout my life, but I always come back to it. I think about food all the time. It legit makes me happy.
As can be seen, I can go through long stretches of times where I get into healthy habits and it feels great, but the binge eating always comes back. Contrave didn't help. WeGovy helped for a bit, but not for long. Just feeling hopeless right now.
