I have no active treatments or refills, but got an email asking me to complete an updated check in form. If I don’t complete it, will Refills still try to charge and process a refill? I did reach out to CS already and they assured me my last prescription auto renewal was canceled. I also put in a virtual card, but I want to feel like I covered all bases to not be charged.
