Received a call at 4:47 today and the call came up as a local hospital (strange). The lady ask if I was myself and stated she was DDS.She then was disconnected. The numbercannot receive calls. On step 3 and my assigned DDs called April 13th stating they have all records needed. Called national number and can’t see DDS status. Any ideals?

Was at DDS step 3 on the ssa portal. DDs called and said they had everything 3 weeks ago. Moved to step 2 from 3 tonight. Moved from field office prior to a representative in Philadelphia. Any ideas? Why backwards? If denied would it just moved to 4 ? Why switch to Philadelphia?
