Why there is a trash symbol to whatever I post in reddit ?
Whenever I post something in any sub the post is showing trash symbol in my profile how can I change that

Hey everyone, looking for some blunt advice.
I’m a 2025 B.Tech grad with a background in Web Dev, Python, and ML. I started my first job in August 2025 with a good CTC in my home state, but I’ve been placed in a team that works exclusively on Oracle Fusion (which is a SaaS platform for ERP). My daily work is strictly writing SQL for reporting and supporting already existing reports.
No backend, no APIs, no Cloud, no actual "engineering."
I have a roll-off survey coming up where I have to state if I’m comfortable staying with this team or if I want to move. I’m terrified that if I stay here for 2 years, I’ll just become a "Reporting Tool Specialist" and my B.Tech skills will rot.
Is Oracle Fusion/SQL reporting a dead-end for a fresher?
How hard is it to pivot back to core SDE roles after a year of this?
Should I risk saying "No" to the roll-off and hope for a better internal alignment?
Be as brutal as possible. I don't want to wake up in 2027 and realize I'm unmarketable.
